I'm Back! Well, sort of

I have been having so much fun for the past year that I just have not made the time to get this blog going. BUT.... I'm just about ready to get blogging again. I have posted a bunch of new primal play clips on Youtube. If you haven't ever looked at them I suggest you do. Go to YouTube and type in zenkahuna (one word) and that should bring up all my vids (35 so far).

In the photo above you see me at my outdoor Primal Gymnasium. As always I am joined in all this by Dr. Marga and Coach Tara. The three of us are all making some incredible gains in our kettlebell, sledgehammer, and club play. Personal bests are frequent.

I'm really enjoying the shot-loadable maces, clubs and sledgehammers from Strongergrip.com
Ryan makes everything himself and he is a master with steel. I also had him make me a very cool swing ball that I can load up to fifty pounds. It is a wonderful additon to my gymnasium.

Opening

I'm just about to take off for two months of Summer Solitude, but I thought I would put up a new blog spot before I take off. I have been so busy having fun for the last nine months that I have not had any interest in putting anything new up on the Web.

Roc Talk is going to replace all my other blogs. So around September you can expect to start seeing some writing, pictures and videos covering many of the areas I use in my professional practice; e.g. Beyond Therapy, Alternative Life Skills, Communication, Natural Healthbuilding, Relationships, Energetic Medicine, Body Therapy, Counseling, herbal therapeutics, and a raft of other amusing, irritating, surprising, playful, shocking ideas, tools, & concepts.

Primarily this blog is for those courageous and adventurous folks that come for sessions, the Intensive Trainings, and the Primal Movement & Self-Mastery class. My focus here is to share my insights, experience, skills in ways that will assist you in creating your own personal paradise and a self-healing lifestyle. I will continue to post some vid clips on YouTube as well as here on Roc Talk.

Here's the bottomline: Take what you like and ignore the rest. If it works for you, use it! If it doesn't....who cares?

By the way: The photo in this blog is of me in the Bahamas. Had a wonderful time playing on the wave runners, boating, looking for conch and enjoying life with my old friend Dr. Richard Schulze, Anisha, Arthur, Marga and Tara. It's easy to celebrate life when you have good friends, good food, a beautiful environment and plenty of free time.
